Freedom to work.
Power to connect.
A new generation of talent expects more than access to opportunities. They expect freedom, flexibility, and relationships that help them move forward. Yingo was positioned to make the world of remote work feel more human—creating meaningful connections between people and companies while empowering both to grow on their own terms.
The Challenge
Remote work expanded where and how people can work—but it also transformed what talent expects from the companies and platforms connecting them to opportunity.
In an increasingly competitive market of talent platforms, Yingo needed to move beyond functional matching and build a brand capable of resonating with a new generation of independent professionals.
The challenge was to communicate flexibility and freedom without sacrificing trust or credibility, creating a brand that could feel equally relevant to talent seeking autonomy and businesses looking for the right people to move forward.
Strategic & Creative
Response
I centered the brand around a simple purpose: inspire, connect, and empower—then translated those principles into an identity designed to feel as independent and human as the people Yingo serves.
Instead of adopting the polished but impersonal visual codes common to technology and recruitment platforms, I built a system around personality and expression. A contemporary typographic language provides clarity and structure, while a fresh, approachable color palette introduces optimism, energy, and immediacy.
Custom illustrations became a key expressive asset: rather than depicting talent as profiles, resources, or abstract data, they give the brand a more personal and individual character, reflecting the freedom, diversity, and self-direction of a new generation of professionals.
Together, typography, color, illustration, and voice create a flexible identity that balances the efficiency expected from a digital platform with something far more important to Yingo’s proposition: the sense that behind every opportunity, company, and profile there is a person trying to move forward.
